We aim to ship within 1 week of receiving your order. Please note that domestic orders within Japan may be prioritized, which could result in delays for international orders.

For DHL shipments, delivery is relatively fast. However, if you choose sea freight, delivery may take approximately 1 month for Asian regions, and 2 to 3 months for Europe. Please also note that delays may occur due to conflicts or other unforeseen circumstances.

For sea freight shipments, tracking will not be available once the package departs Japan until it arrives in the destination country. We are unable to provide updates on the status of your shipment during this period, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please also be aware that packages may occasionally be held at customs upon arrival in the destination country. Depending on the country, you may not receive any notification from customs. We kindly ask all customers to regularly check the status of their shipment after it has been dispatched.
